Fees

I charge £50 for an hour’s session.

If you haven’t had counselling before, you may be feeling unsure about what to expect or how the process works.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation session. This gives you the chance to see whether I am someone you feel you can talk to, and for me to check that I have the right skills and experience to support you. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the counselling process.
